Care Watch Toronto began in 1995. Our goal has always been
to help to establish sustained, accessible, high-quality
in-home care for all who need it.
We call for better funding for in-home care workers, better
support for family caregivers, and better communication
mechanisms between patients, providers, and government.

Care Watch Toronto
- encourages those receiving or in need of in-home
care to speak out about the successes and failures
of their experiences;
- educates patients and the public regarding their
rights and the state of in-home care in Ontario
and Canada; and
- researches and advocates to affect positive change
for in-home care.
