WHO TO CALL FOR CARE
![]() |
Public home care in Ontario is provided through Community Care Access Centres (CCACs). They are non-profit corporations, funded and managed by the provincial government, through the Local Health Integration Networks of the Ministry of Health and Long Term Care. CCACs are intended to serve as “one-stop” shopping centres for a range of in-home care services and for long-term care placement. They can also put you in touch with community services in your area.
There are no fees for services provided through the CCACs.
